About The Project:

Our repeat client approached CDO. Global Investments to help source a suitable plot on which to build a small, specialist, residential care facility.

Through implementing our signature consultative approach, we began by meeting with the client to fully identify and understand their specific needs and goals for the project, and align on key aspects such as budget, desired location, size of facility, and timeline expectations.

Through off-market channels, several potential plots were identified, with financial appraisals run to model this against the client’s needs and desires. We have since secured a suitable plot, and have guided our client through the entire conveyancing process, demonstrating our hands-on approach to client servicing throughout the entire development lifecycle.

Currently, we are working with the client, and a wider professional team, to create a design that will produce a building that meets the client’s exact requirements.

CDO. Global Investments will then submit and manage the planning application and subsequently build out the development on our client’s behalf. In this instance, the owners will retain and operate the facility long term, negating the need for us to also manage the exit.
