About The Project:

A UAE landowner holding several prime plots engaged CDO. Global Investments to provide strategic advisory on how to unlock maximum value through a joint venture structure.

The client sought a route that would not only capture the uplift in land value since acquisition, but also deliver participation in future profits through development of the plots.
