Namely; leadership and teamwork, clear communication, mental resilience and ability to operate and deliver under pressure, risk analysis, precision planning, adaptability, and a deep sense of loyalty and service.
Outside of regular business, I take pride in giving back to the community and happily assist select operators in the care sector (who provide various levels of support to people in care) with appraisals and viability studies to support their own real estate expansion plans. I also enjoy spending quality time, and travelling with my family.
