This project saw CDO. Global Investments provide expert consultation services to a client with a part completed development site.

While the client had commenced the development and made excellent progress, the project experienced significant delays, eventually causing the construction to come to a standstill. Upon engaging with the client, CDO. Global Investments conducted a comprehensive assessment of the scheme to identify critical areas that required immediate intervention. A revised programme of works was developed, alongside an updated construction budget, and both were implemented promptly to get the project back on track.

In parallel, CDO. Global Investments is working diligently to secure a strategic exit for the developer, through the negotiation of a long-term lease agreement with a reputable, local Healthcare Provider. This will position the project as a stable, income-generating asset. Upon completion, the development is being sold as a performing investment to a pool of ready buyers, offering significant value to prospective investors and enhanced value to the developer.

This approach ensures that the client can successfully navigate through the challenges of the project while enhancing its investment appeal and securing long-term returns.
